We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 virus and all updates that are being made available via the CDC, World Health Organization and our government officials. At this time, all Multi Energy Group employees are scheduled to work their daily shifts as normal and if or when that changes, we, along with your supervisor will immediately communicate the contingency plan. Please continue to monitor your e-mails, text and phone messages, information that may be posted at the workplace and communication from your direct supervisors.

Please review and keep in mind these best practices as we work together to keep you, your family and the workplace safe:

  • Stay home if you are sick. Call your supervisor and your doctor immediately.

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds or use a hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available. • Avoid touching your nose, mouth and eyes.

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, or cough and sneeze into your upper sleeve.

  • Avoid close contact (within 6 feet) with coworkers. Practice social distancing as much as you can.

  • Avoid shaking hands and always wash your hands after physical contact with others.

  • If wearing gloves, always wash your hands after removing them. • Keep frequently touched common surfaces (for example, telephones, computer equipment, etc.) clean.

  • Try not to use other workers' phones, desks, offices, or other work tools and equipment.

  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle; attention to rest, diet, exercise and relaxation helps maintain physical and emotional health.

In addition, please review the attached CDC, "What you need to know about COVID -19 virus" document. If you have any questions, concerns or need to speak with someone regarding the COVID-19 virus, please don't hesitate to reach out to your immediate supervisor or Multi Energy Group Human Resources- Lisa Williams 678-516-4144.

We are here to support you in any way we can. We understand that this is a stressful time and we want you to know that we are monitoring it closely with your safety as our number one priority.

Best Regards,

-Jeanne Simkins Hollis, CEO
